This may be kind of a silly question but...
On Google Earth, does anyone know why only certain places have street views? This is the first time I've been on it so I'm not used to it but, I typed in a place (the whole thing) and I couldn't see what the place looked like from the street, I could only see above it, I zoomed in but it's very blurry. I typed in a different place and that place I could see from the street. Does anyone know anything about it?Question about Google Earth?
Well, Google has these cars with cameras mounted to them and that's how street views are captured. Not all areas have someone with these cameras so it will be some time before there's a street view for everything. As for the blurriness when you zoom in... that's because cameras from space can only get good resolution after so much magnification. Hope this answers your question.

Well i saw something on ITV news and when google were taking pictures on some street in london they almot got told off because their was a picture of some man being handcuffed so its either privacy but i saw somebody and she showed me a pic and said thats my cousin and i went cool.
They either want privacy because my street is small and my grandmas street hasnt been done and thats a pretty small street OR they havent got chance to take pictures yet.Question about Google Earth?
The street view is not complete, not everywhere has been shot by Google so not everything will be able to be viewed. If you live near an Army base or other government place, you may be blurred out as well. Also, there are certain countries that don't allow street view.Question about Google Earth?
Google provide street view of only standard places.
U can't zoom in and in on anywhere because google is not permitted to zoom in exactly on the place it can zoom above 3 M from the earth
well, not all places have been scanned by Google.
only selected cities of a few countries are uploaded as of now
type in your adress.
