What is a good street map site or program? (Re-phrased question)?

Ok, I was misunderstood. What I need is a site or program where I can input the name of a street, ie: Raleigh Ct, Clarksville, TN, and I'll be able to view a map of the street, all of the structures AND the address or building number for structures on that particular street or sections thereof. I know about google earth/maps and all that. Hybrid view shows structure and street name, but not address. Thanks. What is a good street map site or program? (Re-phrased question)?
Check to see if your county's Assessor has a website. Our county assessor has an amazing website where you can view an image of a street with buildings. The images are updated more frequently than Google Earth/Maps.

You can click on each property and see: owner name, property address, parcel number, last sales date/price, square footage, floorplan sketch, previous owners, and so on. Many counties across the country are creating websites like this.
