Would this home be at risk for being burned down?

For those of you who remember the "Sylmar" or "Sayre" fire, I am looking to buy a home across the freeway from where the mobile home park burned down. The mobile home park is situated at the bottom of the mountains. There is a freeway and a frontage (?) road between the PUD development I want to buy in and the mobile home park that burned down. You can see the burnt trees next to the freeway (on the mobile home park side). There is no evidence of any burn near the PUD development. I read that recently burned areas are less likely to burn again. These homes are nice 2-story detached PUDs and are really a great purchase. I don't want to be scared away by something that may be a non-issue, but don't want to be dumb either. You can see it in google maps / street view / google earth -

Your fire risk should be average for the developed area. Those southern California mountains are at high risk for major fires, but the major spread is uphill, not downhill. Plus, the freeway provides a superb defensive line. Just be sure you don't have a wood shake roof.Would this home be at risk for being burned down?
I don't know what a PUD is, but I don't think you have to worry.
