If quantum computing becomes a reality, will we see the era of "virtual reality" videogames?

Such as incorporating google earth and google street view to make a virtual world? If quantum computing becomes a reality, will we see the era of "virtual reality" videogames?
Quantum computing is not a universally useful tool. It can perform SOME computations more efficiently than a classical computer could (or so we assume). But the types of such computations is very limited right now and we do not know if we will find more uses for quantum computers in the future. In fact the only computations that quantum computers are good at are things like factoring (i.e., the factors of 15 are 3 and 5) and unstructured search (e.g., reverse telephone-directory look-ups). If you enjoy playing video games that involves factoring or unstructured searches, then perhaps a quantum computer will help you. But my guess is you don't, in which case, until we figure out how to apply a quantum computer for more than those few tasks, quantum computing will have no impact on video games.

You might wonder why anyone would care about quantum computers, given that they aren't very useful for most computations. The main reason is that factoring is a big part of cryptography and there are other niche groups that care about the types of computations a quantum computer will excel at.If quantum computing becomes a reality, will we see the era of "virtual reality" videogames?
Probably, eventually. And then humanity will die off because people will be too absorbed in the sexdeck to remember to eat.
