Where has street view gone?

My street view has disappeared from Google Earth, can anyone help me get it back?Where has street view gone?
If you just recently updated, it's still there. Just zoom down into the street until the street is like horizontal and it should automatically switch to street view. If not then street view was not captured for that street.Where has street view gone?
A man sued google for showing him walk out of a porn shop (not joking this actually happened!)



And a mother sued because google showed a naked 6 year old girl in a swimming pool in a front garden. (this is also true.)
