How do I see 3D street views on Google Earth?

I've downloaded the latest version of Google Earth but still don't get little cameras on tri-pods icons I can click on to see my house from the front. What settings do I need to change?

Have you clicked the little man at the top right corner? That should give you street view.How do I see 3D street views on Google Earth?
You've got to click on the little man and drag him to the street you want to look at.
