Street view images on Google Earth?

Are there only photos off of different streets or is there a way to see photos anywhere you want? Like for example can you just pick a spot in the middle of a field and look around? I know you can use the general Google Earth settings and look where you want. But I'm wanting a very clear photo like the street view images.Street view images on Google Earth?
No, actually the photos that you see on Google Earth in street view, were taken by people like you and me, just wanting to help out people for directions, cyber tourism, etc.

But, you can, as a matter of fact take other pictures, such as a 'field' and upload it to their servers.Street view images on Google Earth?
No. "Street view" means "street view", google isn't just going to drive into the middle of a field for you. Google will only take pictures of streets.Street view images on Google Earth?
Try wwwbing.com..click on maps. A lot of places have a birdseye view. I can pick a spot in the woods, field, or about anywhere I like. Also when you find like a house, building, or what ever you get a view from 4 different sides.
