How do I use Street View on Google Earth?

I checked out the video and everything. But I guess my Goggle Earth is just retarded. Someone please help!How do I use Street View on Google Earth?

then click on the go to goole maps button, top right hand corner,

type address in the search bar, make sure you have suburb or postal address, click on search maps,

then it should work. it should come up with the street and a little person.

there should be a box there too with a picture of whatever your looking for. click on street view..
