But I like this one: http://www.wikimapia.com/ where people can add locations too. It is open-source from the creators of Wikipedia.

Yahoo! Maps and Windows Live Search have satellite images available on their maps. I also have Virtual Earth downloaded (free from Download.com) on my desktop. It is a site/program dedicated to mapping and delivers better results.
map quest....i use it all the time.
