Google Earth used to show Street names. I now can't fint the setting for this.?

I used to be able to see all road names, They've disappeared. if it is in "layers" it isn't Roads or Street View. Anyone know how to switch this facility on?Google Earth used to show Street names. I now can't fint the setting for this.?

Thanks Norsey, I was trying to figure why there were no street names, and the layer suggestion wasn't the answer.
